We are a community‑driven organisation in Korogocho dedicated to empowering children and youth through sports, education, creativity, and social support. We believe that every young person deserves an opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive. Our goal is to transform lives, strengthen families, and uplift the community through programs rooted in

What We Do
We focus on programming that responds to real community needs. We combine sport, learning, mentorship, and social welfare to give children and youth a platform to grow.
KOROGOCHO
Korogocho is one of the largest informal settlements in Kenya. It is located northeast of the city centre, near the Nairobi River. The area is densely populated with more than 200.000 people on 1.5 km²,.The slum faces challenges including inadequate infrastructure, limited access to clean water, sanitation issues and high poverty levels.
INCLUSION
We create safe and welcoming spaces where every child is treated with dignity and respect. We make sure all young people. We actively listen to children and families so that our activities reflect their needs and real experiences. Every day, we work to remove barriers that prevent children from learning, playing, or accessing support. Through all our programmes, we celebrate diversity and make sure every child feels seen, heard, and included
OUR TEAM
Our staff team is made up of passionate individuals who are dedicated to supporting children and youth every day. Our coaches, mentors, and volunteers work closely with young people to guide their growth both on and off the field. The team collaborates to run programs smoothly. Each staff member brings unique skills, compassion, and commitment to improving lives in Korogocho. Together, we create a safe, reliable, and caring environment where every child feels supported and encouraged.

Our vision is to create a community where every young person can grow safely, learn freely, and reach their full potential. We work daily to restore dignity, inspire leadership, and open pathways for a brighter future. Through inclusive programs and strong community partnerships, we aim to build a generation that thrives beyond limitations.
Transparency & Stewardship
We are committed to being open and honest in everything we do. We clearly communicate how resources, donations, and support are used to benefit the children and community. Our team keeps accurate records and shares updates so that partners, donors, and families can trust our work. We make careful, responsible decisions to ensure every resource creates real impact. Through accountability and good stewardship, we protect the trust the community as well as our donors has placed in us.
Inclusive Collaboration
We believe that real impact happens when everyone works together with shared purpose. We collaborate closely with children, parents, schools, local leaders, and community partners to make sure our programmes meet real needs. Our team values every voice and ensures that ideas from all stakeholders are respected and included. Through open communication and joint decision-making, we build stronger, more effective programmes. This inclusive collaboration allows us to create a united community where everyone plays a role in supporting and uplifting young people.
Lifelong Service
Our Lifelong Service is about supporting children and youth beyond a single program or season. We provide continuous mentorship, guidance, and opportunities that help young people grow into responsible and capable adults. Our team stays connected with alumni, offering advice, career support, and encouragement as they navigate life’s challenges. We focus on building lasting relationships that empower individuals long after they leave our programs. Through this ongoing commitment, we aim to create a strong, resilient community where every young person can thrive throughout their life.
